COVID-19 SAFETY

Welcome back to all our friends and customers of The Lady Luck

We’ve worked hard to put in place measures to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus and keep customers and staff as safe as possible.

When you come to the pub, your visit will be a little different than usual. We’ve put the following rules and measures in place.

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT GROUPS OF UP TO 6 PEOPLE.

PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING THE PREMISES AND USING THE FACILITIES, PLEASE ONLY REMOVE YOUR MASK ONCE SEATED AT YOUR TABLE.

CLOSES AT 10PM

When arriving at the pub, please wait to be seated for a table. This is for the inside and outside areas.

Please be prepared to give your contact details to a member of staff. This will be kept, privately for 21 days for the government track and trace service. After this all data will be deleted. We will not use your data for any other purpose.

A member of staff will be coming round frequently to take food and drinks orders. We hope to have an ordering app up and running soon

Please use the hand sanitiser provide upon entry and exit. You will find additional hand sanitiser points throughout the pub. Please use to supplement regular hand washing.

Please maintain social distancing of 1M plus at all times.

Tables are cleaned and sanitised after every set of customers, all high contact surfaces (i.e.door handles, taps etc..) are cleaned and sanitised every hour.

We encourage customers to view our menus online with QR codes posted at the tables. However menus which are sanitised between each customer use are available.

We have installed screens at the bar and between the booth seating areas.

For ladies toilets, if cubicles are both in use, please queue opposite in our new waiting area.

All staff are temperature checked before the start of work and have undergone COVID-19 Safety training for our premises.
